Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using CookIt! Mike ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for anything that happens under your account.

3. Your content

Your recipes, formulas, notes, and images belong to you. We only access them to operate, secure, and back up the Service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal content, attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it to harm others.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the Plans page. Downgrading locks premium features but never deletes your content.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Formulas, especially cosmetic and soap formulas, should always be reviewed by a qualified person before sale or use.
