About CookIt! Mike

Hi, I'm Mike.

Over the years I've worn many hats—educator, healthcare professional, entrepreneur, app creator, and product formulator. Along the way, I accumulated hundreds of recipes, cosmetic formulas, product ideas, notes, revisions, and handwritten documents scattered across notebooks, binders, folders, computers, and photo albums.

Like many creators, I found myself asking the same questions repeatedly:

• "Where did I save that formula?"
• "Which version actually worked best?"
• "Did I write that recipe down somewhere?"
• "What changes did I make last time?"
• "Where is the photo of the finished product?"

I realized there were plenty of recipe apps available, but very few that worked well for both traditional recipes and creative formulas. Most apps focused only on cooking. Others focused only on formulation. None of them fit the way I actually work.

That's why I created CookIt! Mike.
